Maintain strong beautiful hair

With dozens of hair care products lining the shelves of retail stores it can be hard for you to choose the right product for your hair. You’ve probably gone through several different brands of products or alternated other products in your routine.

Curly hair

We’re here to tell you that picking the right products can be hard, but what really sets the precedent for healthy hair is not just product.

The product is like an after treatment for maintaining healthy hair or treating damaged hair.
To really get to the root of the problems you need to focus on another aspect.

Hair is a part of your body and your overall health is reflected in your locks of natural hair. So if you're losing hair or it grows in thinner than normal... take note.

It's your body’s subtle way of saying, “Hey! I need more attention!”

You’re in luck though.

Growing healthy hair is as easy as sleep, hydrate, eat, repeat!

We’ll explain exactly what we mean by that...

Sleep

For our hair to grow in full and glowing you should look at your stress levels. A lack of sleep can increase the level of stress you have and that is reflected in our hair.

Hair loss and hair thinning could start to occur.

We recommend getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night to make sure you are well-rested and ready to take on the day. With better sleep the harder it will be to fall under a spell of constant stress and agitation.

Natural HairHydrate

Drinking plenty of water each and every day is important to our body’s health. Water is a natural 0 calorie solution to many of your body’s needs including healthy skin, hair, and nails. For hair, it assists in the absorption of vitamins that are essential to healthy hair growth!

Drinking about 2 liters or about 8 cups of water a day could help you see longer, thicker hair.

Eat

Food has such a huge impact on our bodies. No, it doesn’t just influence weight. It impacts things such as heart health, vitamin absorption, nutrients, and energy levels.

The main concern here is vitamin consumption and nutrients.

Eating the right foods will give you the vitamins your hair needs to grow strong.

Foods like fish, eggs, berries, avocados, and nuts have the nutrients and vitamins our hair thrives on. It’s understandable that it’s not always easy to change your diet. It can be quite difficult and daunting actually when foods we don’t like become essential. If that’s the case then taking supplements can really assist in your diet needs.

Repeat

After a good night's rest, plenty of water, and a nutritious meal be prepared to make this a routine! It’s not one and done. A regularly healthy lifestyle will keep you looking fresh and energetic. What are you waiting for?
